ScreenSharp is a tool designed to capture your computer screen in bitmap format. The application allows you to take screenshots of specific areas of your screen or capture everything displayed in the same manner that the PrintScreen button does.
With ScreenSharp, you can grab the full screen, all screens, all app windows, selected windows, a region, elliptical region, and even a drawn area. This allows you to target specific parts that you want to screenshot without having to edit them in paint or another photo editor. With the click of a button, you can take a picture of a single window, draw a circle or polygon of an area you want to capture, or snap multiple windows. Alternatively, you can perform any of these actions by means of custom hotkey combinations.
Images captured with this app can be saved in bitmap formats, such as JPG, GIF, BMP, and PNG. Additionally, you can use the program's built-in editing tools to customize the screenshot colors as well as its borders and corners. Another useful feature that ScreenSharp includes is an Imgur Uploader to directly upload and share your snaps.
Additional options include the possibility of playing sound effects when a new image is captured, auto-saving screenshots to a selected folder, and tweaking the app's appearance.
